Description : I’ve lived quite a few places over the years, but nothing really compares to Santa Cruz county. The people, the weather, the ocean, the redwoods….. I feel very blessed to be able to raise my kids in such an awesome place. I’ve lived in Santa Cruz county for over 17 years and in the Bay Area for over 23.

As a member of the National, California and Santa Cruz county Associations of Realtors, you will find that I have a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market and current marketing & sales strategies, as well as excellent networking and interpersonal skills.

In addition to my training as a Realtor, my education consists of a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an MBA. In a prior life, I spent 18 years with Hewlett-Packard and a couple of other high tech companies in a variety of marketing and alliance management roles. I use that prior marketing, sales, and partnering experience, along with a thorough understanding of applying technology to buying or selling a home, to help you be successful. I understand the “high-tech” tools available for the real estate buyer or seller, as well as the “high-touch” consultative approach that today’s client needs and has a right to expect from their real estate professional.

I don’t consider myself a salesperson, but rather as a consultant. Being a Realtor is my full time occupation and I take it very seriously. High tech and high touch with a solid marketing approach is what you can expect from me.
