The enclosed porch in the front of the house offers sweeping ocean views. The porch has a tiled floor and is equipped with wicker furniture for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and dishes for eight, along with a dining table. It contains a dishwasher and all the appliances you would expect to find in your own home.
The oceanview master bedroom has queen size bed and is located in the front of the home. The master bath has single sink vanity and shower stall.
The second bedroom is located toward the back of the home and offers views to a beautifully landscaped private yard. It has two queen size beds, large dresser and a television. The private bath for this room has a double sink vanity and large shower stall.
A gas grill and patio furniture are provided in the backyard. Enjoy a hot outdoor shower after surfing or ocean adventures.
Relax in the hot tub or hammock; perimeter fence offers complete privacy! One way East Cliff Drive runs along the ocean and has one lane for traffic and one lane for pedestrians to walk, jog, bike, or skateboard. Walk 2 miles south you will be in famous Capitola Village

Other Amenities: washer, dryer and digital safe. Parking for one car (Street parking also available). Pets are welcome.
GENERAL RENTAL POLICIES

Check-in & check-out time
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Early check in times are allowed with prior approval and only when the property has been cleaned and ready for occupancy. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. There is an extra charge for late check out and prior approval is needed.

Telephones
You can make as many local calls as you wish. Phones do not permit long distance calls, so you must use calling card.

Pets
We allow pets at some Beach Bungalow Vacation Rentals. Prior permission must be granted. Specific rules must be followed. An additional pet deposit is required.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside. Outside smoking is permitted but please do not litter. A fee will be charged for smoking in the house.

Cleaning Requirements
You are required to leave the property in the same general condition it was when you arrived. Dishes should be cleaned and put away but beds do not need to be made. We will dust, vacuum, sanitize, and clean all towels and linens upon your departure. If additional cleaning is required, appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit.

What we supply
We supply all towels, linens, pillows, blankets, a fully equipped kitchen, televisions, DVD players, stereo with CD player, gas grill, outdoor furniture and limited paper products.
